Minority White Coat Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization working to bridge the gap and increase the number of successful minorities in healthcare across the nation. We want to increase minorities in the multidisciplinary fields of healthcare and create a more culturally competent healthcare field.

The purpose of the Minority White Coat Foundation is to provide mentorship, scholarship, guidance, strategies, and seminars for minorities to become confident and exposed to interprofessionalism in healthcare.
